Two viva voce examinations for awarding the educational and academic degree of PhD

Distance learning PhD student, Arch. Alexander Smolianov and part-time PhD student, Arch. Mila Nikiforova (Department of Architecture) gave their presentations before the academic panels, colleagues and other attendees on 2 and 3 November 2015 in the convention hall of the Institute.
The academic panels unanimously awarded the educational and academic PhD degree in Theory and History of Architecture to Arch. Alexander Smolianov for his thesis Contemporary Trends in Urban Theory and to Arch. Mila Nikiforova for her thesis Multifunctional Integrated Complexes (MIC) in Cities at the Turn of the Twenty-first Century, after they received positive reviews and statements.
